Body, Mind & Spirit Massage Therapy moved to the Mill Site Building in January, 2016. This cozy new location is located on the first floor with ample parking. The studio overlooks the beautiful Rum River in downtown Anoka.

Sarah Anderson is a graduate of Browerville High School, Central Lakes College, St. Cloud State University & St. Paul College. She has a AA, BA (Sociology with a deviance emphasis & Women Studies minor), MS (Social Responsibility: Sociology, Human Relations & Women Studies) and certificate in Massage Therapy.
Besides owning & operating Body, Mind & Spirit Massage Therapy, Sarah also is the massage therapist for Mary T Inc Hospice. She also volunteers with Tix for Tots.

After 3.5 years in the Old Milk Factory Building, Body, Mind & Spirit Massage Therapy is Moving Down The River to the Mill Site Building.
The Mill Site Building is located at 111 Harrison Street, Anoka, MN. The historic Mill Site Building overlooks the Rum River in downtown Anoka.
The Body, Mind & Spirit Massage Therapy studio is located on the first level with parking right outside of the building.
